After many hours spent with both
the
restaurant
owner/chef
Richard
and the
contractor
we came up
with not
only a
very
elegant
design,
but also
one
that
helps
aid
in the
smooth
working
enviroment
even in
the
busy
summer
months. This project started out as a
simple bar
setup but
turned
into much
more once
they saw
our
attention
to details
and
creative
ideas. Our

I first met Bob Ciprietti, a co-owner of Touch of Italy, about a year befor the first piece of wood was cut for his job. We talked about the design of restaurant for almost the same duration and I frequently visited the job site to take measurents, see the progress, and discuss the final design.
The final product was very classy and fitting of an Italian Salumeria. Esposito's Woodworking & Construction fabricated and installed all of the bar cabinets, the rolling cash register stands, bathroom vanities, black laminate shelving, and panels covering the refrigerators. All of the cabinets we constructed of stained cherry and trimmed with black laquered hardwood. Please stop by the Touch of Italy in Lewes to not only see some of our work, but also to taste some of there delicious homemade and imported Italian specialties.
