The cooktop is surrounded by custom cabinets clad in stainless steel. The spice rack embedded into the wall finishes off this "cook's" kitchen. |
To complete this kitchen, quartersawn oak doors and a top panel wrapped in crown molding were fabricated to keep the washer and dryer out of sight. Similar panels were made out of paint-grade material over the other windows and doors. |
Every pullout is different; this one holds not only a garbage can, but also a separate compartment in the rear to hold extra bags waiting to be used. |
E s p o s i t o ' s Woodworking & C The buffet area incorporates not only display cabinets with "water" glass door panels, and red beadboard backs, but also a useful storage area with pullouts for hanging tablecloths, storing liqour bottles and an adjustable shelf model to hold cereal boxes. The refrigerator, flanked by two walls, has a divided cabinet above it with an upward opening door held open with gas struts. Both the double oven and microwave were built in. An extra large drawer was incorporated to hold large baking sheets and platters. Large drawers & heavy duty slides were used to keep this kitchen working efficiently. Some beadboard painted red adds a little splash of color. Three small drawers were installed to hold pill bottles & sunglasses. This mission style kitchen was fabricated out of quarter-sawn white oak and finished with a toffee colored stain and satin lacquer. It was topped off with paint-grade crown and fascia molding. |
